13 Days of Erotic Wellness
A Free Self-Paced Online Course for Women
Western Culture has reduced both “erotic” and “wellness” to things that can be purchased and performed. Through the pressure of relentless advertising we are told there are specific and narrow ways to be erotically well. Ways that have little, if anything, to do with our genuine vitality, vibrancy or wellbeing.
The eros moving through us is a relationship, unique within each of us. It cannot be acquired from a store, an app or even a rote set of practices. Our eros is not one-size-fits-all. It does not look a certain way and, honestly, is usually not even ‘sexy’ (in the way our culture has defined ‘sexy’). Our eros is the same mysterious, responsive, deeply relational elemental force that spins the Earth on its axis, that makes birds sing at sunrise, that causes the ocean tide to lap at the sand in a never-ending rhythmic way in concert with the Moon’s cycles, all across the globe.
Our wellness, in its authentic expression, is vastly more than the thin, tanned, young bodies Western Culture sells us. In fact, wellness is an entirely different creature. Wellness is the measure of diversity and resilience within an ecosystem. Whether that ecosystem is your own body, your family, your workplace, the garden outside your window or the world itself, wellness is the measure of a system’s capacity to constantly evolve into greater expressions of itself specifically so it can more fully contribute to those systems within which it exists; the systems upon which it relies for its survival and, better yet, its thriving.
Wellness is not a thing we strive for. Wellness is the intelligence at the root of all things.
When we learn to plant our roots deep within the wellness in and around us, within wild and wise ecosystems, much of the stuff that is not well atrophies. Women...pay attention here. We don’t become well by diving headlong into, or even focusing on, what is not well. We become well by allowing our eros to recognize wellness, moving toward it, nourishing it, and amplifying it. We become more well by feeding our attraction for, engaging with, and in, things that feed our wellness – things that are, themselves, genuinely, resiliently well.
In 13 Days of Erotic Wellness we will help you identify and shed the erroneous beliefs Western Culture has taught and told you about your eros and wellness. Each day will be an invitation into embodied engagement with yourself and a reciprocal relationship with the natural world, both critical facets of Erotic Wellness. These practices are simple to the core, because wellness is not complicated. Nor is it pricey (in this case it’s FREE!). Nor does it take hours a day. We promise, it does not require a juicer or even a meditation cushion.

More Details:
Each practice we offer you comes from one of four categories, designed to help bring attention to our relationship with eros as well as wellness. They are:
Orienting to what is erotically well in the world
Orienting to what is erotically well in ourselves/our bodies
The landscape of our physical bodies, including our arousal/orgasm
Our ecological embedment
Sprinkled within practices from these four categories, we’ve offered a couple of practices designed to support your increasing awareness around, and capacity for identifying and replacing those behaviors that diminish or hijack your access to erotic wellness.
Note: these practices will not all be specific to your sexuality or arousal. In our 30 years of teaching erotic wellness we have seen, over and over, that our sexual wellness and its expression are natural byproducts of our erotic wellness. We naturally move toward pleasure, arousal and even orgasms (whatever that means to each of us) when we are grounded in wellness, embedded within intelligent and safe (enough) community.
